Returns

1. In accordance with OUG 34/2014 you have the possibility to return any standard size product within 48 hours after the reception, without penalties and without the need to invoke a reason (before making the return you must complete the form: Model Withdrawal). The only cost you will have to bear is the shipping fee for returning the package. The return of the package is made using the same transport service through which the shipment was made.

All orders for the Bridal gowns are not refundable.

All items found in the Sale category are not refundable.

For the NON EU orders, the customer will pay the custom duty fees accordingly when the parcel arrives to its destination. Our company is happy to pay for the shipping fee only.

Upon goods receipt, you must inspect the package carefully and must report to us (via e-mail) within 48 hours from receiving, all manufacturing defects or any shipping damages that may have occurred.

2. The return of the product must be made in its original packaging. In case you return the product in a package other than the one in which the product was delivered, the return will be accepted if the product shows no signs of wear, is not damaged, has all the labels attached and is complete.

3. In order for ELENAPERSEIL.com to refund the value of the returned product, it is necessary for you to send us a correct IBAN code with which we will refund the amount of the returned product.

4. We will refund the value of the returned product in a maximum of 48 hours from the moment your return arrives at our headquarters, 6 Grigore Raducanu Street, Sector 1, Bucharest. The refund will be made by bank transfer.

5. If you paid for the product online, by bank card, we will refund the amount of the returned product to the same bank account from which you made the payment.

6. Returns may be refused by Elena Perseil in the following situations:

6.1. If the product was made to the customer's measurements, it cannot be returned.

6.2. If the return request exceeds the 14 calendar days provided in art. 1.

6.3. If the returned product is not in the same condition as it was when delivered, that is, with all labels intact and all documents that accompanied the returned product(s).

6.4. The following products will not be accepted for return: - Products or packaging identification labels or return label that are damaged or missing; - Products that show signs of wear, wash or that smell of perfume.

7. If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid, and the package will be sent back to the BUYER who will also bear the return costs.

8. Defective product returns

If you believe that the product does not comply with the Contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately by phone at +40743554746 or by email at designer@elenaperseil.com and provide data on the product and the damage it presents.

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will analyze it in full and inform you of your right to have your product replaced or reimbursed (if you do) by e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Refunds or replacements will take place as soon as possible, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we have confirmed to you by email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a non-compliant product.

If the products have any defects, we will reimburse you of their full value.
