Bucharest deliveries
For Bucharest, the products are picked up directly from our showroom in 6 Grigore Raducanu Street, Sector 1 Bucharest.
National deliveries
- For other localities, the delivery is made through a fast courier company (Fan Courier).
- Delivery is free to Fan Courier locations. For other locations, please contact us for additional information.
- Delivery of products in stock * is made in 5-7 working days from placing the order.
*All product orders depend on the availability of the products in our stocks, as not all products are in stock. The customer will be informed by phone or email, after placing the order online, whether or not a product is in stock, if it can be made to order, and the time required for this. In this case, in the event of supply difficulties or if the products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about replacement products of equal or superior quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order these replacement products and have already received payment for the ordered products, we will refund you in full any money you have paid. For hand-embroidered products, the delivery time is longer. You will be informed of the exact duration.
The mentions regarding the possible problems regarding the content of some packages are made at the moment of delivery on AWB or a finding report is drawn up.
International deliveries
- For international deliveries, the shipping is made through the following courier companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT.
- Customers who want to deliver the products abroad will bear the cost of transport.
- Delivery time for a product in any country is 10-15 working days.
- For the Express service (1 working day) an additional cost is paid.
